These times together are where the extra-magic happens.

Telling our stories is healing. As we share - and have loving witnesses to our experiences - we understand even more than before. We realize a depth that we cannot know until we speak out loud.

And hearing stories is healing as well. We know we’re not alone. We come to trust this liberating path more deeply. And we take great comfort in realizing that we’re walking with amazing fellow sojourners who love us and have our back.

Do everything you can to make time for these calls. Carve out 2 hours a month JUST FOR YOU.

How to get the most from our Transformational Conversations…

  • This hour is focused our transformation and momentum. Come with curiosity - open to receive, learn, share and explore.

  • Give yourself the gift of uninterrupted space. Come comfy! Set up in a quiet place where you’re not distracted. Have email and phone out of sight.

  • Set up in a private space please. We discuss some sensitive issues and everyone needs to feel safe to share.

  • Think through your latest challenges, questions, observations ahead of time.

  • Arrive on time if at all possible.

  • Have a drink, pen and paper nearby.

  • If noise happens, don’t worry - simply mute yourself.

  • Please don’t hesitate to ask ANY question. If you’re wondering about it, others are too. There are NO “dumb” questions.

    Since this is a Community Coaching Conversation, please keep your stories and comments concise and on-point so everyone has time to engage.

    Coach Note: This time together is about safe and transparent engagement – HOWEVER – if you show up feeling worn-out and just want to BE, and not participate, just let us know. We will certainly understand. You are absolutely free to curl up, listen, and just let our conversation and love wash over you.
